一，招标条件

2.项目概况和投标范围

3. Bidding scope: From the preparatory work of the project to the completion of the project and the warranty period. Including but not limited to the following:

Bidder qualification requirements:

8，投标人被列入失信被执人，重大税收违法案件当事人名单，政府采购严重违法失信行为记录名单及其他不符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定的投标人，将拒绝其参加本项目。
9，施工单位应出具本单位无拖欠农民工工资承诺书（加盖投标单位公章）。
